2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ t. salt and pepper
1 red pepper, sliced
3 C. snow peas, trimmed
1 T. white wine vinegar
- In deep skillet, heat butter and garlic until fragrant
- Add pepper and snow peas and cook, stirring occasionally until tender and crisp (about 5 min)
- Remove from heat and stir in vinegar
