Caesar Salad Dressing

1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg yolk
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
5 T. salad oil or olive oil
2 T. red wine vinegar
¼ t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
½ C. grated Parmesan cheese
